Original Habanero Hot Sauce
Fire Brand Original Habanero Hot Sauce - Our hot sauce might not be the
hottest hot sauce you will ever taste but we can honestly say it is without
a doubt the best tasting hot sauce in the universe. Louisiana hot sauce
has nothing on Fire Brand. Where those sauces get most of their flavor
from vinegar and peppers, Fire Brand Original Habanero Hot Sauce is an
inferno of flavor with an abundance of habanero chiles and roasted serrano
peppers. Tomatoes, onions, and roasted garlic thicken up the sauce and
the unique, intense flavor comes from a proprietary blend of 10 different
herbs and spices.
Taste the hottest hot sauce you can find and then taste Fire Brand Habanero Hot Sauce (after your taste buds stop burning of course). What you’ll find is that along with a nice dose of heat you can taste the zest of Mexican oregano and the earthiness of cumin. Like a fine wine that’s been carefully crafted specifically for your dining pleasure. This sauce tastes great on pretty much anything and everything. It will put some extra flavor in your chili, on fajitas, with chips, or in a Spanish omelet. You can spice up guacamole, or even gumbo with it. Don’t forget to add a little Louisiana hot sauce if you do that though, gumbo just isn’t gumbo without it. Like all Fire Brand grilling sauces, Original Habanero Hot Sauce is hand-crafted using the freshest ingredients available and no preservatives.
Ingredients: Vinegar, Tomatoes, Onions, Habanero Chiles, Garlic, Serrano Chiles, Spices, Salt and Sugar.
Fire Brand Buffalo Chicken Wings
4 pounds chicken wings
1 cup Fire Brand Original Habanero Hot Sauce
1/2 cup Louisiana hot sauce
1 (12 fluid ounce) can of Dr. Pepper®
1/2 stick of butter
Cayenne pepper or to taste
Fresh ground black pepper to taste
1 chopped habanero pepper*
Blue cheese dressing
Preheat grill to medium.
Mix Fire Brand Habanero Hot Sauce, Louisiana hot sauce, soda, butter, cayenne pepper, and black pepper in a large pot and place on the grill. Bring the sauce just to a boil then add wings. Simmer for 10 minutes then move wings directly onto the grill for 10 minutes, turning after 5. Return wings to the sauce and repeat for about an hour until the sauce is thick and the meat is falling off of the bones. Serve wet with extra sauce and blue cheese dressing for dipping.
*for the hottest hot sauce suicide chicken wings, add a chopped up habanero pepper to the sauce and have plenty of water on hand.
